Bibio - Jealous Of Roses



Bibio's new Warp released Ambivalence Avenue is a blend of lost in time folked out beats and croons. From acoustic guitar strums, reminiscent of Boards of Canada, to scuffed J Dilla era hip-hop, Bibio's album is a good listen all the way through. Stand outs include, the featured Jealous of Roses, with it's A Family Affair sandbox shuffle, and Bibio's falsetto shadow boxing a nasty funk lick. As well as the sweet menace of Sugarette , with it's Flying Lotus headknock and the Jay Dee apeing Fireant.(*see the video below)
